"I had the pleasure of becoming a State Farm customer today. I was previously insured with another company. Recently, I changed my address with them and my rate skyrocketed to an amount that was as much as my car payment. Their explanation made no sense, as I have a great driving record and no claims that I have been at fault for. I was very skeptical and knew that I would have other options that were financially sensible. I called today and spoke with Tracy to receive my quote and finalize my policy. She was very friendly and did a great job of explaining their safe driving program, that can save me even more money after the initial 6 month discount. My new monthly premium is almost $150 less/mo! I have a friend who recommended State Farm to me. After reading the previous reviews here, I am confident that I made the right choice to switch to State Farm.
