I began my career with State Farm in 1990, gaining 10 years of experience in claims and over 25 years in agency leadership roles before establishing my own business. As a first generation Vietnamese American and the first in my family to attend college, I understand the value of hard work, ethics, and commitment to success; principles that form the foundation of my agency. I hold a Bachelor of Science - Finance from George Mason University, as well as Retirement Income certification and a Chartered Life Underwriter designation from The American College of Financial Services. These qualifications speak to my knowledge, experience, and passion to help others achieve their goals through personalized insurance and financial services.

Outside the office, I enjoy hiking, crafting, and traveling, which provide inspiration and balance in my life.
